Introduction
Spanish is one of the most important languages in the world. It is the second most spoken language in the United States of America. There are 45 million Hispanophones who speak Spanish as a first or second language, as well as six million Spanish language students, making the United States the third largest Hispanophone country in the world. California is one of the states that has a large Spanish speaking population.

The theme of this project will help teachers and caregivers in the daily rhythms with children by the use of songs and rhymes that will also provide an opportunity to connect with the culture. These songs are classified by transitions.

The Waldorf approach is based on the ideal that the primary purpose of foreign language acquisition isto develop the ability to communicate. Foreign language study also raises one’s social conscience andcultivates an interest in and respect for others. In fact, the Waldorf School sees foreign expressed through the languages we speak, we nurture a cultural understanding of other people through acquires their languages. (Forrer, Salusso, and Silvestry, p.13). When children are exposed to another language, they are building much more than linguistic ability. Their minds are opening to a very different way of thinking about and seeing the world.

In addition, these songs in Spanish help to reinforce the four lower senses by create the child’s connection to their own body. Sense of Touch‐ the internal response to a contact with the outside world. A healthy sense of touch lays the foundation for a sense of social boundaries as well. The Senses of Life – this sense is the internal feeling of well‐being, of being alive. The strong rhythm we maintain in the children’s routine helps here. The Sense of Movement – being inwardly aware of the way body parts move in relationship to each other. The Sense of Balance – this sense orients us to the world with respect to up, down, right, and left. Healthy proprioception also provides ability to begin and arrest movement with control.

Furthermore, scientists have begun to show that the advantages of bilingualism are even more fundamental than being able to converse with wider range of people. It can have a profound effect on your brain, improving cognitive skills not related to language and even shielding against dementia in old age. The bilingual’s brain both language system obstructs the other. But this interference, researchers are finding out, isn’t so much a handicap as a blessing in disguise. It forces the brain to resolve internal conflict, giving the mind a workout that strengthens its cognitive muscles.
